Sanctuary Palm Cove - Palm Cove Accommodation Away From It All

Sanctuary Palm Cove is amazing but so easy to miss from the outside because it’s so under-stated and inconspicuous. But once you pass through it’s electronic gates, it’s like Alice in Wonderland disappearing down a rabbit hole! Suddenly you’re in a tropical oasis with this enormous lily padded lagoon right in front of you and you feel as though you’re in a different world. It is quiet, tranquil, lush, beautiful and totally relaxing.   

This is a smaller boutique resort (only 21 apartments) and I have to say we hardly noticed anybody else there, it really felt like we had the place to ourselves. And, apart from the fact that it’s 5 Star standard, the other good thing about Sanctuary is that it’s very close to the best restaurants and the beach.

Talking of restaurants…my tip if you’re planning to eat out in Palm Cove on a Saturday night is to make sure you book. Palm Cove weddings are big business on Saturdays and all the best restaurants get fully booked inc. Nu Nu, Lime & Pepper & Vivo.
